**Job Title: Product Sales Executive/ Representative**
**Location:
- Pune, Satara, Phaltan,Sakharwadi, Kargaon, BulundShahar, Akola, Aanewadi, C. Sambhaji Nagar, Pachwad, Baramati.**
Job Overview: A Product Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling a company's products to customers. This role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and persuading them to purchase the products or services offered by the company. The Product Sales Executive plays a critical role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
Product Knowledge:Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
Stay updated on industry trends and market competition.
Be able to articulate the value and benefits of the products to potential customers.
Sales Presentations:Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to showcase the features and advantages of the products.
Address customer questions and objections effectively.
Customize sales pitches to meet the specific needs of each customer.
Sales Goals:Set and achieve sales targets and quotas established by the company.
Create and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to track leads and opportunities.
Relationship Building:Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Provide excellent customer service to build trust and loyalty.
Negotiation and Closing:Negotiate terms and pricing with potential customers.
Prepare and present sales contracts or proposals.
Close sales deals and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
Reporting and Documentation:Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales-related expenses.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage customer data and sales activities.
Market Research:Stay informed about market trends and competitive products.
Provide feedback to the marketing team and management regarding customer needs and product improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, especially in a product sales role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel, if required.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
