**Location**: Pune, Maharashtra

Computech Engineers is a leading System Integrator specializing in providing comprehensive technology solutions in the field of computer networking. With over 25 years of industry experience, we are committed to delivering high-quality networking solutions to our clients across various sectors.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our team. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and managing customer relationships in the Pune region.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.
- Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure alignment with Computech Engineers' target market and business objectives.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote Computech Engineers' brand and offerings.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to management.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting networking solutions from OEMs such as Cisco, Fortinet, etc., to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value of networking solutions offered by Computech Engineers.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical support teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of solutions to clients.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and ability to drive a two-wheeler.
- Knowledge of Pune geography.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
- Minimum of one year of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in English and Marathi, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in engaging with government and educational accounts would be preferred.
**How to Apply**:
Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
