**Role Overview**:
As a Field Sales Representative with Gyproc, you will be crucial in establishing and nurturing connections within Nashik’s construction industry. Your role will involve visiting construction sites, interacting with key industry players, and promoting our exceptional products. You will be responsible for developing strong client relationships and providing tailored solutions to address their construction needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **On-Site Engagement**: Frequently visit construction sites to build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and project managers.
- **Product Presentation**: Effectively demonstrate the benefits of Gyproc’s products, including POP and false ceilings, to potential clients.
- **Client Relations**: Foster and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- **Opportunity Identification**: Identify and act on new business opportunities within Nashik’s construction market.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet sales objectives.
- **Customer Care**: Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process and ensure satisfaction through effective follow-ups.
- **Market Insights**: Offer insights into market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to the sales manager.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Complete sales reports and other administrative responsibilities accurately and on time.
**Qualifications**:
- **Sales Experience**: Proven field sales experience, preferably in the construction materials industry.
- **Product Knowledge**: Familiarity with construction materials, with experience in POP and false ceilings being advantageous.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base.
- **Results-Driven**: Self-motivated and focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- **Independent Worker**: Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
- **Transportation**: Must possess a valid two-wheeler and driving license.
- **Local Knowledge**: Understanding of Nashik and its construction landscape is preferred.
