Executive - Customer Success (Client)
- Job Description:

Managing queries, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.- Experience Range:

- Job Responsibilities:

- Researching required information using available resources.
- Database Management
- Generating MIS Report as per requirement.
- To work on MS Excel
- Maintain and update records and database with accuracy
- Coordination with the client spoc
- Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.
- Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to the high-level management.
- Completing reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data
- Managing queries, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
- Skills Required:
Communication, Basic Computer Skill, MIS Executive, MIS report, Excel sheet, MIS Analyst,
- Good MIS Knowledge
- Ability to process large volumes of data
- Experience in dealing with the clients Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar.
- Calm & able to work with others in a close manner.
- Good computer skills.
- Good multitasking skills.
- Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
