Job Title: Client Acquisition Executive

Location: Deccan Gymkhana, Pune

Company Overview: Cyber Success is a leading IT training institute dedicated to providing high-quality education to students in various IT domains. We equip individuals with the necessary skills to excel in the IT industry, focusing on creating a seamless transition from the classroom to real-world job opportunities.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Client Acquisition Executive with over 2 years of experience. The role involves sourcing job placements for our IT course graduates and encompasses vendor management, vendor empanelment, client acquisition, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Identification and Engagement:
Identify and engage with IT companies needing IT professionals.

Develop strategies to attract new clients and expand the client base.

Vendor Management and Empanelment:
Manage existing vendor relationships and identify new vendors for empanelment.

Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors.

Monitor vendor performance to ensure standards are met.

Facilitate the process of empaneling new vendors and maintain a comprehensive database.

Understand client requirements for IT positions.

Collect detailed information about job specifications and required skills.

Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Act as a liaison between clients and the placement team, ensuring smooth communication.

Market Research and Reporting:
Stay updated with market trends and industry demands.

Provide regular reports on client acquisition efforts and outcomes.

Business Development:
Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance market presence.

Collaborate with marketing and other teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.

Additional Information:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in client acquisition, vendor management, and business development.

Strong understanding of the IT industry and market trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
