**Intern - Client Acquisition (Placement Department)**
**Location: Pune (Work from office)**
**Duration: 3 Months**
- We are seeking motivated interns to join our placement department as Client Acquisition Interns.
- This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining practical experience in recruitment and marketing within the context of student placements and career services.
- Have to spend 4 to 6 hours daily.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential employers and industries for placement opportunities.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to attract new employers and expand our network of hiring partners.
- Collaborate with the placement team to create targeted outreach campaigns and initiatives to connect students with potential employers.
- Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events, job fairs, and employer networking sessions.
- Cold calling and cold mailing to find new leads and acquire new clients.
- Provide support in maintaining and updating employer databases.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance our employer acquisition efforts.
**recruitment**
- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment**placement**, Client Acquisition, Marketing, or Employer relations within the context of student placements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
