**Job Summary**
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven **Customer Service Representative** to assist in sales and business development by generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and setting up appointments for our sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cold Calling**: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services, including IT solutions, educational counselling, and government projects.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and create new sales opportunities through effective communication and market research.
- **Follow-up Calls**: Follow up with prospective clients to provide information and encourage further engagement.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Set up meetings and demos with the business development and sales team for detailed discussions with leads.
- **Client Information**: Record all customer information, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- **Provide Information**: Explain our services, pricing, and benefits to prospective clients.
- **Database Management**: Manage and update the database with detailed client interactions and status records.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Sales and Business Development team to meet sales targets and goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Telecaller** or **Customer Service Representative**.
- Strong communication skills in **English** and regional languages (as needed).
- Basic understanding of **IT services**, **educational counselling**, and **digital marketing**.
- Ability to handle rejections, follow up on leads, and convert them into sales.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and handling customer data.
- High level of **enthusiasm, motivation**, and ability to work independently.

**Skills Needed**:

- **Excellent communication** and **interpersonal skills**.
- **Sales aptitude** and ability to close deals over the phone.
- **Customer relationship management** skills.
- **Goal-oriented** with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
