We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Travel Operations Executive. As a key player in our organization, the Travel Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our travel services. This role requires a keen understanding of the travel industry, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient travel operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle the end-to-end process of booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
- Collaborate with vendors, negotiate rates, and maintain strong relationships to ensure competitive pricing and quality services.
- Create detailed and customized travel itineraries for individuals and groups, considering preferences, budgets, and time constraints.
- Coordinate with clients to confirm travel preferences and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure all necessary travel documents, visas, and permits are obtained for travelers.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients before, during, and after their travels.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and manage travel budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Track and reconcile travel-related expenses.
- Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and finance, to align travel services with overall business goals.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends and leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize travel management systems and tools to streamline processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in travel operations, with a strong understanding of the travel industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
