across Maharashtra.
4. Analyze competitor strategies including pricing, discounts, and product features
to formulate effective counter-strategies.
5. Present the entire product portfolio to both B2B and B2C clients, highlighting
key benefits and unique selling propositions.
6. Drive the acquisition of new business and expand the client base through
effective networking and relationship building.
7. Demonstrate a willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra to engage
with clients and prospects.
8. Maintain a high level of self-motivation and resilience, capable of overcoming
challenges to achieve set goals effectively.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in B.sc/M.sc Chemistry, Dip/BE Chemical, Business
- Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or relatedfield.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the engineering or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
