Responsibilities:
- Collaborate With Prime Vendors And Hiring Managers To Understand Staffing Needs And Requirements.
- Develop And Implement Innovative Recruiting Strategies To Attract And Hire Top Talent In The Technology Industry.
- Build And Maintain A Strong Talent Pipeline To Ensure Timely Fulfillment Of Staffing Requirements.
- Manage The End-To-End Recruitment Process, Including Negotiating Offers And Facilitating Onboarding For New Hires.
- Stay Updated On Industry Trends, Market Insights, And Best Practices In Technology Recruitment.
- Track Key Recruitment Metrics And Provide Regular Reports To Management On Hiring Progress And Performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
- Proven Experience As A Recruiter In The Technology Industry, Preferably Within A Consulting Or Professional Services Firm.
- Strong Knowledge Of Technical Roles And Skill Sets, Including Software Development, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, And Cloud Computing.
- Solid Understanding Of Recruitment Best Practices, Immigration Laws, And Regulations.
- Ability To Thrive In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment While Maintaining Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
- Proficiency In Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) And Other Recruitment Software/Tools.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
