Bench Sales Recruiter

**Responsibilities**:
- **Identify and Manage Bench Consultants**:
- Source and identify IT consultants who are on the bench and available for new projects.
- Maintain a database of bench consultants, including their skills, experience, and availability.
- **Sales and Marketing**:
- Develop and execute strategies to market bench consultants to potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- **Client Interaction**:
- Communicate with clients to understand their IT staffing requirements.
- Present and promote available bench consultants to clients in a compelling manner.
- **Negotiation and Placement**:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, including rates, contract duration, and other relevant details.
- Facilitate the placement of bench consultants on client projects.
- Work with bench consultants to understand their skills, strengths, and career goals.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:
- Ensure all documentation, including contracts and agreements, is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- **Market Research**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions.
- **Performance Tracking**:
- Track and report on the placement status of bench consultants.
- Monitor consultant performance on client projects and address any issues.
- **Relationship Building**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and bench consultants.
- Act as a liaison between clients and consultants throughout the staffing process.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in bench sales or IT staffing/recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of legal and compliance aspects related to staffing.
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
