**Job Title**: Modern Trade Manager - Electronics Industry
**Location**: South India
**Company**: Cellecor gadgets limited
**Position Overview**: The Modern Trade Manager will be responsible for leading and executing strategies to enhance our mobile product offerings' presence and performance in the modern trade sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the mobile industry, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive sales growth through strategic trade management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Planning and Execution**:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase the market share of our mobile products within the modern trade sector.
- Analyze industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- **Retailer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade retailers, including large electronics chains, mobile carriers, and tech retailers.
- Negotiate and manage trade agreements, promotional activities, and in-store events to boost product visibility and sales.
- **Sales and Performance Monitoring**:
- Track and analyze sales performance, market share, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to modern trade.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve sales targets.
- **Trade Marketing and Promotions**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute trade marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities tailored to the mobile industry.
- Ensure that trade promotions align with overall brand strategy and meet the needs of modern trade partners.
- **Budget Management**:
- Oversee the modern trade budget for mobile products, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving a high return on investment.
- Monitor and control trade spend to meet financial goals and optimize budget utilization.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Work closely with internal teams, including product management, sales, and supply chain, to ensure smooth execution of trade initiatives.
- Provide feedback and market insights to support product development, innovation, and inventory management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in modern trade management or a similar role within the mobile or technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of the mobile industry, modern trade dynamics, and key retail partners.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
