Job description
**Role & responsibilities**
**Sales Development**: Identify and develop new distribution channels and partnerships to increase market reach.
**Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively present and sell them to distributors.
**Market Analysis**: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
**Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably in distribution or wholesale, Modern Trade, HoReCa environments.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
