The Territory Sales Incharge is responsible for achieving sales targets and driving growth within their designated territory. This includes managing customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Management**:
Achieve sales targets and objectives set for the territory.

Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue goals.

Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions as necessary.

**Customer Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

**Market Analysis and Strategy**:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.

Develop and execute strategies to expand market share.

Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

**Team Management**:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

**Reporting and Documentation**:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.

Strong understanding of the sales process and customer dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
