**Profile Introduction**:
As a Front Office Administrator in the Real Estate sector, you will serve as the face and voice of the organization, managing all front desk activities and supporting the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks. Your role will be crucial in creating a positive first impression for clients, tenants, and visitors, while also ensuring efficient coordination within the office environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting clients, visitors, and tenants in a professional and courteous manner.
- Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and preparing necessary materials.
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory, and placing orders when necessary.
- Assisting with real estate documentation, such as lease agreements, contracts, and property listings.
- Managing office databases and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Providing administrative support to real estate agents and brokers, including preparing presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, bill payments, and expense tracking.
- Handling general inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus.

**Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
