**PROFILE INTRODUCTION:

A Front Office role in the General Services Administration (GSA) involves managing reception, providing administrative support, maintaining records, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities include customer service, scheduling, document management, and collaboration with internal teams.

**RESPONSIBITITIES:

- **Reception and Visitor Management**:Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel, and ensuring a positive first impression.
- **Customer Service**: GSA services with a focus on excellent customer service.
- **Administrative Support**:Provide administrative assistance to executives and staff, managing schedules, appointments, and handling correspondence.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain organized records of correspondence, ensuring easy accessibility and accurate documentation of front office activities.
- **Communication Coordination**:Facilitate effective communication within the office, coordinating meetings, conferences, and disseminating relevant information.
- **Information Management**:Stay informed about GSA policies and services to provide accurate information and contribute to informed decision-making.
- **Problem Resolution**:Address routine issues efficiently and escalate more complex problems to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
- **Compliance Monitoring**:Ensure adherence to GSA policies, regulations, and guidelines in all front office activities to maintain compliance and integrity.

**REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with visitors.
- Ability to provide solid administrative support, manage schedules, and handle documentation accurately.
- Strong organizational abilities to efficiently manage tasks and maintain a well-organized front office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for relaying information within the office.
- Competency in standard office software and familiarity with communication tools and platforms.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
