Job Description

**Job Title:** Front Office Executive

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Executive to join our team at AccorHotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, optimizing hotel occupancy, and ensuring a smooth and efficient front office operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality guest services, including arrivals, departures, rooming, and special needs
  • Optimize hotel occupancy and room rates
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and effectively
  • Assist the Asst Front Office Manager in operating a highly proficient and productive front office
  • Conduct training for Front Office employees
  • Attend and direct daily front office operations
  • Attend to credit problems
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Front Office Manager

Requirements:

  • Thorough working knowledge of front office operations, including front desk reception/cashiering procedures and reservations
  • Strong understanding of hotel functions, physical layouts, key personnel, and roles
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:

The Front Office Executive will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests, colleagues, and management. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
