Job Title: Front Office Executive

At AccorHotel, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Executive to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Provide excellent guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with rooming and special requests, ensuring that all guest needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the front office team to optimize hotel occupancy and room rates.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and effective manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
