Job Title: Front Office Executive

AccorHotel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Executive to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest services and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office operations, including reception, cashiering, and reservations.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve front office efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor front office staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent guest services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
