**What you’ll be doing**
- You will be Answering incoming calls and will be making outgoing calls as per the requirements for resolving customer issues. You will be expected to deliver A - class customer service and resolve complaints within the standard AHT.
- You will be providing product and service information to customers following the compliance parameters and will have to identify and escalate issues to respective points of contact of other functions such as engineering, sales...etc for getting a timely resolution for the customer.
- You will also have to do research of required information using available resources and identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software.
- Route calls to appropriate resources and document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team about trends in customer calls
- Follow up on customer wherever necessary

**Requirements**:

- Graduate with 0-3 years of experience in Voice Process for domestic call centres
- Excellent Hindi & English speaking & writing ability
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Excellent typing skills and Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
