Job Title**:Associate - Customer Success**

**Requirements**:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Eager to learn and open to feedback.

Strong execution rigor and attention to detail.
**Good to Have**:
Proficiency in handling data and reports using tools like MS Excel.
Basic understanding of programming.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer handling/customer support.
