Prosperr.io is on a mission to solve tax management for people at global scale.

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Success Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively handling customer communication, facilitating product and services, and managing customer queries. Proficiency in both Hindi and English languages is required for effective communication with our diverse customer base.

**Responsibilities**
- Handle customer communication efficiently, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience in adopting our products and services.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, providing accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues, escalate complex cases when necessary, and ensure timely resolution.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest improvements to our products and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interactions in our CRM system.
- Strive to achieve customer success metrics, including customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

**Qualifications**
- Freshers from reputed colleges can also apply.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or customer support.
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in order to address customer needs effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Note: This position offers an opportunity to transition into a Business Development Associate role after two months, based on performance and mutual agreement.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
