**About the job**
As a Customer Success Associate at SkilloVilla, your primary responsibility is to ensure a seamless and engaging learning experience for our students. You will play a crucial role in onboarding new students, assisting them throughout their journey, and providing the necessary support to ensure their continuous growth and success.

This includes collecting valuable feedback from students, tracking their progress, and addressing any concerns they may have. Your proactive approach will contribute to increasing their success rate and overall satisfaction.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Onboarding and Engagement: Assist in onboarding students, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing engagement throughout their learning journey.
- Progress Tracking and Support: Track student progress and provide guidance to help them successfully complete their courses.
- Effective Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to maintain high student satisfaction, addressing concerns and providing updates.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Serve as a liaison between students, the technical team, and other departments to meet student needs and ensure a seamless learning experience.
- Milestone Management: Ensure students meet monthly/weekly milestones on time, supporting them in achieving their goals effectively.. Qualifications & Skills:

- Exceptional comprehension and articulation skills
- Stellar planning, communication, and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to people from different backgrounds
- Bachelor's degree in any field.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

- 100% (required)
