The People Success Business Partner (PSBP) Team enables the business by understanding business priorities and translating them into a HR agenda that supports it. They are the torch bearers of Bizongo’s culture and values and drive solutions with an Employee First Approach. Reviewing and analyzing business unit data periodically to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience is the key priority of the team.

**Key Objectives of the role**:

- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to understand their unique HR needs and implement tailored solutions that attract, retain, and develop top technical talent.
- Driving customer centricity in the organization by building a culture of collaboration and accountability
- Maintaining a balance between business and employee priorities to drive HR solutions
- Driving people strategies in the organization through innovative projects
- Guiding and motivating the PSBP Team to succeed

As a PSBP, a typical month will include:

- Collaborate with technical managers to establish clear performance expectations and objectives.
- Implement performance evaluation processes that align with technical roles and responsibilities and provide timely guidance on performance feedback, career development, and growth opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to technical employees, offering guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Working with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests
- Developing and implement employee engagements activities - TouchPoints like 1 - on - 1s, Skip levels, FGDs, Rewards & recognition programs, pulse surveys etc
- Organize technical events, hackathons, and meetups to foster a strong sense of community and knowledge sharing.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Reviewing and analyzing data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements
- Act as a strategic partner to technical leaders and contribute to the development and execution of business strategies.

**What are we looking for?**
- 4-6 years’ experience in HRBP role in a dynamic, fast paced start up
- Proven experience as a Technical HRBP or HR Generalist in a tech-focused environment.
- The ability to influence; establish and maintain effective relationships and gain reputation as trusted advisor and business partner
- Proven track record of strong balance between employee and organization level priorities
- A genuine passion for technology, innovation, and the world of startups.
