- The position holder will be an individual contributor
- Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients
- Ensure that clients are using and derive benefit from IndiaMART
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Interact with clients over calls & video calls to achieve weekly, monthly sales and client retention targets
- Prompt resolution of client complaints
- Daily 18-20 client video meetings and call discussions for sales & servicing
- Accurate mapping of products/services in client’s e-catalog
- Systematic follow-up with the clients to ensure time-bound closure to sales & service issues
- Good Verbal and written communication
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Should have an android phone and regular internet connectivity
