**Job Title**: Front Desk Executive
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for customers and visitors.
- Answer phone calls, respond to queries, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Greet customers, farmers, and dealers, and provide assistance as needed.
- Manage appointments, meetings, and schedules for the sales team and management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics as required.
- Prepare and process bills, invoices, and payments using billing software.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and other departments as needed.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and other materials.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a front desk, reception, or administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer knowledge, including MS Office and billing software (e.g., Tally, SAP).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Experience with billing and invoicing processes.
- Warm and welcoming demeanour, with a strong focus on customer service.
