Front Desk Receptionist

Front Desk Officer (Female ) : 2 years Min.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Manage front office operations, including visitor log maintenance, issuing visitor passes, and monitoring access.
- Handle and sort incoming mail and deliveries, ensuring prompt distribution to appropriate staff.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Provide general administrative support, such as copying, filing, and document preparation.
- Handle basic inquiries about the company and its services.
- Ensure the availability of office supplies at the front desk and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate with security for visitor entry/exit as required.
- Perform other administrative tasks or support as directed by the Front Desk Manager.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in office management or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in customer service or hospitality.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of phone systems and office equipment.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to address basic visitor and administrative issues in a calm and efficient manner.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
