**Our requirement**:
As a B2B Client Coordinator specializing in educational field, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth coordination between our organization and educational partners.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients within the educational sector.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with educational clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services, products, or solutions to educational clients.
- Actively listen to client feedback and concerns, addressing them promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities for partnership and expansion within the educational sector.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, serving as a trusted advisor and problem solver.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments within the educational sector to better cater to client needs.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and strategies targeted towards educational clients.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings as needed.
