Working Days: 5 days (2 rotational week-offs)

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000 + no cap on incentives

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage collections for assigned accounts and maintain a low delinquency rate.

Communicate effectively with customers to facilitate timely payments.

Analyze accounts to identify issues and determine appropriate collection strategies.

Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with team members to improve collection processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in collections (first-party or third-party).

Strong knowledge of US collection processes and regulations.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism.

Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet or exceed targets.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
