**Job Title: B2B Sales and Partnership Development Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and qualify new B2B sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Assist in creating and managing sales content.
- Assist the digital marketing team with lead generation and nurturing.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential customers and partners.
- Develop and manage an ecosystem of founders and other fintech startups.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience with CRM software.
- Experience with sales automation tools.
- Experience with creating and managing sales pipelines.
- Experience with developing and managing sales content.
- Experience with digital marketing.
- Experience with networking and building relationships with VCs and angel investors.
