**About the role**

As a Personal Executive Assistant, you will be the backbone of support to our senior executives, ensuring that their professional and administrative tasks are conducted with high efficiency and accuracy. Your role is pivotal in enabling our leaders to focus on strategic decision-making and leading the organization towards its goals.

**What You will do Everyday?**
- Efficiently manage the executive's calendar, coordinating and organizing appointments, meetings, and events.
- Facilitate seamless travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for the executive.
- Draft, review, and dispatch communications on behalf of the company executive, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all correspondences.
- Take charge of meeting preparations, including gathering relevant documents and arranging meeting logistics to ensure smooth proceedings.
- Handle incoming phone calls, taking messages, and promptly relaying information to the executive.
- Maintain meticulous records and documents for the company executive, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Foster effective communication and coordination with internal teams, fostering collaborative efforts and streamlined operations.
- Prepare for meetings, including document preparation and logístical management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to foster smooth communication and collaboration.

**Your Superpowers**
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the hospitality industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using modern tools and software such as Trello, Notion, and Airtable to manage tasks and improve efficiency.
- A professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach to handling tasks and challenges.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional business communication skills, both written and verbal, exhibiting proficiency in professional correspondence.
- Proficiency in office software suites, enabling efficient document preparation and management.
- Discretion and tactfulness in handling sensitive information and confidential matters.

**Working Hours**

Monday to Saturday

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
