**Executive Assistant Duties and Responsibilities**

**Administrative Support**:Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings with agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups.

**Meeting Coordination**: Organize and coordinate meetings, including executive team meetings, client meetings, and board meetings. Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and other necessary documentation.

**Project Management**: Assist the CEO with the management of key projects, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are achieved. Track progress and provide regular updates.

**Stakeholder Liaison**: Facilitate communication between the CEO and key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members. Ensure the smooth flow of information and follow up on action items.

**Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

**Event Planning**: Organize company events, executive retreats, and other corporate functions as needed.

**Research & Analysis**: Conduct research and prepare reports on various topics to support decision-making processes.

**Office Management**: Assist with office management tasks coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the office operates smoothly.
