Facility Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Manage and supervise cleaning operations, ensuring that cleaning schedules are followed, standards are maintained, and issues are addressed promptly.
Oversee cafeteria operations, including menu planning, vendor management, inventory control, and maintaining a high standard of food quality and service.
Plan, coordinate, and execute various events within the facility, ensuring all logístical requirements are met and events are executed successfully.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers, including negotiating contracts, managing performance, and addressing any issues.
Coordinate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure that soft services align with their needs and expectations.
Monitor and analyze service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to soft services, including inventories, budgets, and contracts.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in soft service management to drive continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Facility Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 4-6 years of overall experience in soft service management.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar executive role.
Strong knowledge and understanding of cleaning operations, cafeteria management, and event planning.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven experience in vendor management, including contract negotiations and performance management.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to make informed decisions under pressure and resolve problems efficiently.
