**Security and Access Control**:
Monitoring access to the facility and ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
Issuing visitor badges and maintaining visitor logs.
Following security protocols and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
**Record Keeping and Data Management**:
Maintaining accurate records of visitor logs, appointments, and other relevant information.
Managing electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
Ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.

Liaising with internal departments and external vendors as necessary.
