We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with clients, and closing deals to meet sales targets. You will represent our company's products and services to potential customers and effectively communicate the value proposition.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Prospect and qualify new leads through research, networking, and calling.

2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

3. Understand customer needs and requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

4. Present, negotiate, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.

7. Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in B2B sales.

2. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong organizational and time management abilities.

5. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

8. Willingness to travel as needed and have personal vehicles for travelling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
