Job Description: We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Field Sales Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales within your designated area. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with some sales experience (e.g. loan sector, Insurance, Justdial etc) to advance their careers and contribute to the growth of our company. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential sales leads through various channels, including field visits, networking, and referrals. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products/services. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance through regular reporting. Qualifications: Education: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in field sales or a related role. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good negotiation and persuasive skills. Basic knowledge of sales techniques and principles. Proficiency in using sales tools and software. Benefits: Competitive salary within the range of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month including TA. Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
