**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an energetic IT Field Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales through on-site meetings and field visits. You will be the key link between our company and potential clients, presenting our IT solutions to meet their needs and closing sales deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct on-site meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and present suitable IT solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our IT services.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and enhance sales strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM systems, providing regular reports to management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in field sales, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients.
