**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Package Sales**:

- Develop and promote attractive packages for entertainment venues like waterparks, resorts, restaurants, and adventure parks.
- Explain the features, benefits, and value of promotional packages to potential customers.
- Customize packages to meet customer needs, such as group bookings, corporate events, or family outings.

**Customer Acquisition & Retention**:

- Identify and target potential customers through market research and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.

**Marketing Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and campaigns.
- Organize on-ground promotional activities, such as kiosks, events, or tie-ups with local businesses.
- Leverage social media and digital platforms to enhance visibility and attract customers.

**Sales Reporting & Analysis**:

- Track and analyze sales performance, including the success of promotional campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports and provide insights to improve package offerings and pricing strategies.

**Market Feedback**:

- Gather feedback from customers and prospects to refine promotional strategies.
- Stay updated on competitors' packages and market trends to remain competitive.

**Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of customer behavior and hospitality trends.
