_**JOB DESCRIPTION**_

As a Sales Executive, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, as well as nurturing relationships with existing clients. You will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of leather components and adhesive solutions to businesses across various industries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Identify key decision-makers within target companies and develop strategies to approach them.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Coordinate and collect payment from clients, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads to meet sales targets.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, monitoring performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience preferably in footwear/garments and adhesive components.
- Proven track record of success in sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and analyze market dynamics.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
