Sun Share Energy is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Solar Executives. As a Solar Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our solar energy solutions across Lucknow, Varanasi (Banaras), and Kanpur regions. We welcome freshers with exceptional skills and abilities to join us in our mission to revolutionize the solar power industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell solar energy solutions to residential and commercial clients, focusing on installation and commissioning services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and stakeholders to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends in the assigned regions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for business growth and expansion.
- Provide accurate information and advice to customers regarding solar products, services, and installation processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project execution, including procurement and logistics.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, maintaining integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation to management for review and analysis.
- Continuously update knowledge of solar energy technologies, regulations, and industry best practices to provide informed recommendations to customers.

**Requirements**:

- MBA degree preferred, with a background in real estate considered a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Passion for renewable energy solutions and commitment to promoting sustainability.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and own a bike (bike is mandatory).
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions; travel expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.
