**Role & responsibilities**
- Ensuring timely completion of projects and execution levels of the highest grade for IT Tech Park & IT Buildings.
- Directing and monitoring projects progress by coordinating with architects, consultants, contracts and site engineering teams.
- Defining technical specifications, budgeting and cost estimates, installation, commissioning etc.
- Responsible for project planning, scheduling and cost control.
- Will be responsible for total Site Management and Site Construction Operations.
- Maintaining strict quality control procedures - regular testing of materials, inspections of work, conducting regular site safety checks etc. MIS reporting on project progress.**EXPERIENCE**:
- 25+ Years of proven experience in execution and project management of large-scale projects IT Tech Park, Shopping Malls, Commercial IT Buildings etc Max Age 52- Role:
