Travel Desk Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Travel Desk Management**:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and other accommodations.
- Manage travel itineraries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and budgetary guidelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for travel-related inquiries and provide assistance to employees as needed.
- **Event Planning and Execution**:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, including conferences, seminars and meetings.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to negotiate contracts and secure necessary services for events.
- **Logistics and Operations**:
- Coordinate logistics for events and travel, such as venue setup, catering, and attendee registration.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:
- Communicate event details, logistics, and expectations to internal teams, vendors, and participants effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of event strategies with broader organizational objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Event Planning, Business Administration, or related field, Graduation.
- Proven experience in travel desk management, event planning, or related roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
**Experience**: 3-7 years
**Working days**: 5 days (work from office)
**Location: Baner, **Pune
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
