**About the role**:
The Travel Desk Executive in this independent role is responsible for efficiently managing and coordinating all travel-related activities for the organization. This includes handling travel arrangements, bookings, itineraries, and addressing any travel-related concerns. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

**Responsibilities**:
1. A Travel Desk Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating travel arrangements for employees within an organization.

2. Coordinate and book domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, transportation, and other related services, while adhering to the organization's travel policy and budget guidelines.

3. Create detailed travel report like flight details, hotel reservations, ground transportation, and any other relevant information.

4. Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, hotels, airlines, and other travel service providers to negotiate favorable rates and ensure high-quality service delivery.

5. Offer support and guidance to employees or clients in case of travel disruptions, flight cancellations, delays, or other travel-related emergencies.

6. Prepare and maintain travel-related reports, such as travel expenditure reports, analysis of travel patterns, and any other relevant data as required by management.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, travel, and tourism, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, best practices, and booking platforms
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with travel-related regulations and documentation processes

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
