Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with people at all levels.

Analyze available options and select best quotes and submit the same in travel platform Once the quotes are approved basis caps, book the tickets for the concerned requests Use the travel platform to send the tickets to the drivers copying ops leads Emergency services team will take care of exceptional cases and book the tickets on priority without any additional approvals to ensure drivers on ground are taken care during these periods Provide a weekly/monthly report on travel spends along with exceptional case %

  • Good To Have Skills
  • Should have knowledge of Amadeus and Galileo and IATA certified.
  • Planning, Organizing, Prioritizing and Time Management skills
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts
  • Eye for details with Good written and verbal communication
