Job description:

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ Years of experience in marketing, or a related field.

Skill Required:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Competency Required:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel for sales meetings and industry events.

Role & Responsibility:

Departmental Activity:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure consistent sales growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company products or services.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information using a CRM system.

Organizational Activity:

  • Sales Performance Review: Conduct regular sales performance reviews with Sales Executives to review their progress, set goals, and provide feedback to help them improve their sales performance.
  • Sales Meetings: Conduct regular sales meetings with the sales team to review sales performance, share best practices, and discuss sales strategies and challenges.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Implement a CRM system to help Sales Executives manage customer information, track sales activities, and monitor sales performance.
