IT Service Desk 2 Position at arrivia

The IT Service Desk 2 position supports all first level technical incidents and service requests from multiple communication sources for the entire organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Provides excellent customer service by being courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.
  • Helps create positive customer experiences, builds strong relationships, and ensures timely resolutions.
  • Troubleshoots connectivity issues for remote users.
  • Analyzes and resolves technical requests promptly.
  • Logs incidents and service requests using the Incident Management System.
  • Identifies and classifies incident types and service interruptions.
  • Utilizes enterprise-level knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • Manages corporate endpoint devices in a remote environment using Microsoft Azure services.
  • Applies standards to resolve technical issues and escalates when necessary.

Requirements :

  • 2+ years of previous enterprise Service Desk experience.
  • Holds or is pursuing certifications such as COMPTIA A+, Network +, Server+, Security+, or Microsoft Windows 10/11, Azure AZ-900.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical issues clearly.
  • Highly team-oriented and capable of problem-solving under pressure.
  • Adaptable to changes and new technologies in an evolving IT environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills in person, on the phone, and via email.
  • ITIL4 and ITSM knowledge preferred.
