We are looking for a sharp administrator to provide leadership support and keep the office running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will be required to oversee administrative and clerical activities; greet and direct office visitors; collect, organize, and retrieve information and documents; and make arrangements for meetings and travel.
To be a successful administrator, you should be committed to facilitating smooth, efficient office operations by planning carefully, anticipating needs, and providing responsive, reliable assistance. You should be adaptable, proactive, supportive, and detail-oriented.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Update office policies as needed
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Book meeting rooms as required
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Schedule in-house and external events
- Manage All Accounting Transactions
- Prepare Budget Forecasts
- Publish Financial Statements In Time
- Handle Monthly, Quarterly And Annual Closings
- Reconcile Accounts Payable And Receivable
- Ensure Timely Bank Payments
- Compute Taxes And Prepare Tax Returns
- Manage Balance Sheets And Profit/Loss Statements
- Report On The Company’s Financial Health And Liquidity
- Audit Financial Transactions And Documents
- Comply With Financial Policies And Regulations
- Handle client calls for payment follow-ups, ensuring timely collection of overdue payments while maintaining a professional and courteous approach.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Organize and coordinate in-house and external events, including meetings and company functions.
- **Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven work experience as an Admin
- Strong Attention To Detail And Good Analytical Skillslike MS Office (Advanced MS Excel and MS Word )
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
