**Role Overview**:
A Secretary provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling communication, scheduling, record-keeping, and other clerical tasks. Secretaries serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

Location: Grant road

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Draft, proofread, and edit documents and reports.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems, both digital and physical.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure the timely completion of tasks and deadlines for executives or teams.
- **Office Management**:

- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to office policies and procedures.
- **Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Address inquiries and provide information as needed.
- Relay messages and ensure effective communication across departments.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and organizing company events, workshops, or conferences.
- Manage logistics, invitations, and other event-related activities.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Skilled in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensures accuracy in documents and correspondence.
- **Professionalism**: Maintains confidentiality and a high level of discretion.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
