Job Title: Secretary to CEO

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- **Executive Support**: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing daily tasks.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Organize and schedule meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
- **Document Preparation**: Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and other documents for the CEO, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, and prepare detailed itineraries for the CEO.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain confidential files, records, and documents, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist with organizing company events, conferences, and board meetings, including arranging venues, catering, and attendee logistics.
- **Liaison Role**: Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, clients, and stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure that all confidential matters are treated appropriately.
- **Special Projects**: Assist the CEO with various ad-hoc projects, research tasks, and executive-level assignments as needed.
- **Office Management**: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and overall administrative processes to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.
- **Priority Management**: Help the CEO manage and prioritize tasks, deadlines, and action items in order to ensure effective time management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or secretary, preferably supporting senior executives (1+ years preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work under pressure.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with high-level executives, clients, and team members.
- Proactive and able to work independently while supporting the CEO in achieving organizational goals.
- Knowledge of office administration processes and best practices.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
