**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Hostel Operations**:

- Oversee the daily maintenance and upkeep of the hostel facilities
- Manage the purchase of groceries, vegetables, and other essential supplies
- Interact with the Child Welfare Committee to ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain all relevant documentation and records
- Manage the hostel's budget and expenses
- **Event Management**:

- Organize and coordinate events and activities within the hostel
- Liaise with the school administration regarding admissions, fee payments, books, uniforms, and other related matters
- Manage new hostel admissions and prepare necessary documentation
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Prepare and analyze Management Information Systems (MIS) reports
- Handle banking operations and interact with the Chartered Accountant
- Organize Board of Trustees meetings and document meeting minutes

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate with knowledge of computers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in hostel administration or a related field
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Kannada and English
